Hello,

I had a Problem with the NAS "TS-HTGL/R5", boot error.

I could solve the problem with TFTP and update firmware to 1.35. Now we have access to the browser menu.

But we still have the problem "RAID ERROR E13 Array1 Error" degreadeg mode ....

I know I have to change the HD and I have to use restructuring array. I get this message

An error in a RAID Array has been detected.
Select restructuring disk and click `Restructuring RAID Array`

but i can´t click the button. Any ideas what I can do?

Was this before or after you replaced the drive? And do you still have access to the data?

Xidantzu

After replacing and updating, because before I had no access.

And I have no access to the data.

Can you attatch a screen shot of the screen where it will not allow you to rebuild the RAID array?

I have the same problem with an

HD-H1.0TGL/R5  Firmware 1.08

Drive 2 failed a few days ago and I replaced it, and restructured.

Now I have a generic message "Error in RAID Array 1." that I can click on from the Home Page.  It takes me to the Disk Managment page where theres is a message "An error in a RAID Array has been detected.  Select restructuring disk and click `Restructuring RAID Array`."

All the disk check boxes are checked, but greyed out, and the "Restructure RAID Array" button is greyed out also.

Any ideas? It's a RAID 5 config.  Is my data secure for the time being?

first backup your data, undate the firmware to 2.16 and reset the unit to defaults via the GUI. Then see if the restructuring option appears.

PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

The firmware upgrade did work, btw, thank you.  It occurs to me now that the first restructuring probably never finished properly
