5400 User Access

I have a Terastation 5400 and set up some folders with user access restriction.

 

When my user changed their password, they can login to the terastation admin page with their new password but they are not able to do so when they map the network shared folder.

 

If they key in the old password, they are able to access the network shared folder.

 

Please help.
