Can't see media files on Sony blu ray player

Sony BDV-N990W blu ray player

and HS-DHGL, firmware 2.10

 

I've read some similar posts with issues using DNLA and I've tried refreshing and flashing my database to no avail.

 

I can see the NAS drive on the blu ray menu but I can't see any folders or media files.  I get the message "There is no playable file."

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?
