Buffalo NAS name and web access not working?

then the issue remains with your router and you have not setup port forwarding correctly. Again, contact your router provider and get them to do it for you!

Can you tell me why, whenever I try to make changes to the buffalo settings and save, the save bar comes up and slowly fills then keeps repeating itself, filling again slowly, in a continual loop until it times out!?

If anyone knows the answer to that one I'd love to hear from you.  I cannot get started using my iphone to connect as I cannot set up my NAS.com name.  In webaccess page, easy webaccess,click enable - page will not save.
