LS-CH2 web access issue

Hi i can no longer access my linkstation through web access. whether on PC or android. Do not think i changed any settings apart from auto upload from android phone when on the home network...

and a new laptop with different firewall?

I have tried downloading the latest firmware, restoring the linkstation and the router.i have tried to follow the other posts regarding web access port settings but i still get the error page is unavailable and i am not sure how to do port forwarding on netgear dn1000 router.

Firmware 1.61

PS if i click the web url in the 'Extensions' - web access tab it doesn't load.

But if i click the open web access it does  (both on my home network - same as server...)
