Link station Pro duo - setting up

Hi all,

 

Just brought the link station pro duo enclosure set.

 

Unbox and followed instruction. 

 

Brought a 3TB toshiba HDD 7200rpm.

 

Installed into the enclosure and covered it.

 

Problem started below.

 

After switching on the link station, 

 

Power Blue LED blinks for about <1mins

While the power led blinks, the function LED comes on steady Red.

 

When Blue LED turns steady blue, the RED light remains.

 

Regardless how long i press the function button at the back of the enclosure, the function LED does not blink.

 

Connected to the CPU direct with the ethernet cable, and installed the NAS navigator 2. 

 

Appear to be in the EM mode only. 

 

Help!!! 

 

First time setting up NAS with no prior experience. Appreciated if  reply can be as "full" as possbile as im not very sure of the acroynom use.
