Link Duo 4TB flashing blue lights

Hi all

Please help someone!!!

 

I have the link duo and suddenly for no reason, the blue lights on the power light started flashing continusouly. I cannot access the drive, cannot see it in the web browser, cannot see it in nasnavigator.

I have looked through the forums and found many people offering suggestions and I have tried them all as far as possible and NOTHING is working.

I have heaps of data I DONT want to lose!

 

Please please help someone!!

Hi

yes I have done the reset. I now get a solid blue light, however I cannot connect to the drive, cannot access it via the web browser either using the ip 192.168.0.18 which was the default..

has it changed now that it is rest? do I go elsewhere?
