Hi, I'm new to my position and to Buffalo TeraStation equipment.  I just changed both IP addresses for my 2 NASs, which usually synchronize.  Now they are not and the "Replication" section of the web interface is completely greyed out.  What am I missing here?  Thanks in advance!

whats the IP address that you have set for both devices?

PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
