After hurricane Sandy and loss of power my LS-CHL7F2 has the following behavior - Power up unit - the led blink blue the turn amber. NAS Navigator shows an error - information: I52: an unknown error occurred. I seem to be able to access the data on the drive but my Norton backup does nor recognize the existence of the device. What does this mean and what do I do about it?

It means there is an Firmware update available for the device, it is an information message, nothing to be worried about.
