how can i get english set-up documentation to download on it? this site does not recognize the serial number(15462990139498G) as its made in japan.

thanks, what i need is all the folders that are the unit itself, in english like the back-up utility and the option making backups faster ec. i can't access anything that is in the english guide you provided

 can you help with that?

   Sorry, thought you just needed the documentation ^^;;; Unfortunately, the image is reserved for US units only due to licensing issues.  Wish I could help. :robotsad:
