Hello there,

I have been trying all sorts of ways to enable my automatic uploading from my android mobile. Nothing seems to work at all.

I have tried to create "webaxs" folder in the root. Still the same error.
I have also allowed access restrictions and everything necessary on the webaxs folder created.

If anyone could help? Would be greatly appreciated.

Can you access any of the folders on the Linkstation from your app? Also, are you connected over wifi?

Have you set up any folder permissions?

I have created folder called "webaxs", connected to Local Wifi. I have tried turning off folder restrictions, allowing read and write attributes and meddling with user restrictions, "guest", "admin".. etc... as well..
Still mentions, "error, folder not created" on my phone.

I am having this same problem:

NAS LS210D (3Tb)
Android (Galaxy Note 2 Stock OS 4.3)  App v 1.47-061  - When setting up Automatic uploading get the message "Error Folder Not Created"
IPad Mini 2 (iOS 8.4)  App 1.50(150.11) - When setting up Automatic uploading get the message "Unable to create folder"

Reset Web settings / Rebooted NAS

They have no answer for this. I sold away my unit and got a synology instead.
