Please can you help.  I have an HS-DH320GL S/N:99883171015912G - sorry no firmware versions available as the main board has failed with a beep code / red flashing light.  I've removed the drive and need to access the data via USB sata cradle but seem to be unable to access any of the partitions within windows.  Is there any software that will allow me to access the partitions or do I need to get a replacement NAS drive enclosure?
