Hi everyone.

I'm trying to update the firmware on my HS-DH500GL, and everytime I try to run the updater i get an error that says 'A Link Station is not connected'

I've tried turning off my firewall, plugging my computer directly into the NAS (it's usually connected to a router which is connected to the NAS), and i have checked to make sure the IP addresses are similar, yet still can't get it to work.

I have tried downloading the HS-DH500GL and the Linkstation Gigabit firmwares, and neither have worked.

Help?
