bugs or issues and BUFFALO support doesn't care about it

I got 3 issues or bugs, maybe just display errors but still:

I reported to support team abut them, and got the answer, that its me a "noob", and  the fact that Easy admin doesn't support RAID 10 its normal......wtf?  I put the screenshort, that I can't select RAID 10 (it's supporting 0, 1, 5, 6) directly from Ease Admin, need to go to Advanced options.

And it was 2 issues after I auto updated drivers (firmware) to the newest version.

It's strange for me, there will be more confused user with the same questions, they will write letters to support team, that will cost money to the company?

... ok, and more about 2 issues with current RAID displaying:
So, created RAID 10, checked, after creation, that every thing is OK, current RAID is 10.  After that I started the button to update firmware to the newest version. I got message, that my firmware is updated successfully. Checked my RAID status and I got:
it was shown that my current RAID status is 0  (the same in Easy Admin and in advanced options) and there was missing the option to change to RAID 10 (both Easy Admin and Advanced options).

I suppose, that was only display error, it was displayed 0 instead of current RAID 10. So it was not possible to change to the same RAID. But I did not want to risk, deleted again RAID array (with my stored data). After deletion Advanced options shows the possibility to choose RAID 10. Easy Admin is still missing option for RAID 10.

Its not big issues, but I needed to spend my time for it, delete all data from disks and so so...

BUFFALO support team don't care about it at all, they say that it's working as expected !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
