Hi all,

I have setup a folder on my new LS220D as a backup destination for my Ubuntu box and I can use rsync to perform the backup. However, I have found that the files that have been copied end up being owned by root. As a result I cannot then delete these files. I have tried logging in via SMB & FTP as the user who owns the files and by admin and I still cannot delete them.

I did find an old, and unresolved thread, about the same issue. Is there anything I can do to delete these files other than deleting the share and starting all over again?

It is running the latest firmware: Version 1.70-0.01

Thanks.
