Hope someone can help me.

I just purchased this model of TeraStation Pro but cannot connect to it from my Small Business Server 2003, via the software supplied with the CD. When I launch the iSCSI Hard Disk Connection Tool I get an error "Unable to find iSCSI Hard Disk". However I am able to connect and setup the volumes from an XP client on the same network.

Has anyone had similar issues with SBS 2003 before?

BTW our server has ISA running, but I doubt this would interfere as the TeraStation is located on the internal network.

Thanks.

I haven't heard of that. Make sure the iSCSI service is running, and make sure that the Terastation's IP address is in the trusted sites section of the firewall.
