Having difficulty setting up my hdd. The model is the CE500U2.  When I hit the drive station icon it prompts me to click the button that says "begin nstallation."  The next window asks me "to install," which I do.  Then it asks me to format it with NTSF as I have a Vista operating system.  When I do that the following error message pops up "There are NOT new drive to be able to format."

I was able to download my docs using the memeo software, but I think I can that is promotional software that will will expire in 30 days.

Any help?

Which version of vista are you using? 32bit or 64bit? Have you tried formatting into NTFS in disk management?

Regarding memeo, if you do not have the registration key supplied then contact your local support team and they will issue you a new one.

PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
Having network issues? Drop me an email: info@interwebsireland.com and we will get it fixed!
