Linkstation Pro Re-cycle bin (Trashbox) deactivated but doesn't stop

I have the LS-320 GL. The recyle bin for the SHARE folder does not turn off when deactivated. I have firmware 1.13, the web page says the latest is 1.11? Should I re-flash?

I would flash the firmware then set the unit back to factory defaults from the web interface. 

Then make sure the Trashbox is empty and disable it from the share folder setup page.
