My NAS originally had 2-2TB drives, set up as a mirror.

One died and I replaced it with a 3TB (obviously still had the 2TB max capacity)
The 2nd drive died a few weeks later and I replaced it with another 3TB drive.

My admin panel shows the proper drive size, but my Array is still capped at the 2TB.

Without deleting my data, how can I increase my Array size to match drive size?

Not Possible, No Array can do that. You will have to back up your data. USB drive or something. delete the raid array and create a new one.
Units I own: TS-XL, TS-WXL, LS-WVL, TS-RXL,  TS5400, TS-RVHL,

I don't work for Buffalo but i do love there products enough to help people

deleting the Array will delete all data?

joma90

Yes. So do not delete the Array unless you are sure your data is backed up. Very important because if you delete it like this its gone. poof, never returning.
