Very slow RMA

[Case ID #: 98060] RMA 60007067 ** edit: corrected RMA number**

 

My LinkStation Live failed and getting an RMA was straight forward enough, followed the instructions and sent the unit back.

 

The faulty unit was delivered to Buffalo RMA on the Thursday 19th August and have not had any communication at all since then.  Customers services cannot help, RMA are only contactable by email and they do not reply.

 

Does anyone have contact phone numbers for RMA?

 

Is this typical?

Can anyone help please?

That RMA # does not appear in our database, which country is the RMA for?  We can provide a contact number for the specific region

This is a US forum and they have no info on European returns.

There is no number for the returns dept in Europe.

You can only contact them on the same address they sent you the RMA details/number on.
