Can't reinstall softwareon new windows 7 machine

My pc died and i'm in the process of reinstalling all of my software.  The install disk that came with my Linkstation LS-W1.OTGL/R1 will not install and I presume it's because my new machine has Windows 7.  I've gone out to the website and downloaded the nasnavi 2.24 utility but am not having any luck installing it either.  When I unzip the folder I don't find a file called lang.exe like the documentation states.  When I try the inst.exe file it places an icon on my desktop.  When I double click on that it searches for my linkstation and I get a window titled NASNavigator2 which displays an icon showing my linkstation. If I doubleclick on the icon I get a Windows Explorer window showing me the folders on my linkstation which I could do before with Windows Explorer.

 

How do I get and install an actual utility that will allow me to look at settings on my linkstation or restart it, etc.?

Only the NAS Navigator will install on Windows 7, you can configure all of the settings for the device by logging into the admin interface which is typing the IP address of the unit into the address bar of a internet browser

Where do I find NAS Navigator to install on Windows 7.   I've tried ipconfig to try to find the ip address of the unit but must not understand what I'm looking at.  I'm findin the ip for my router but not my linkstation.
