Hi

I have the above device and I can no longer see it on the network. The power light is flashing and the network light is on both opn the NAS and switch but it doesn't show on network or with the NAS Navigator. I have tried EM mode boot and the TFTP boot procedure but no blocks served appear.

Could it be that the motherboard is broken, can that be replaced? If I can't get it fixed, can the hard drives be sloted into a Linkstation Quad so I can still use them and get at the data?

Thanks

Dustrega

The motherboard cannot be replaced as the part is not sold to end users.  Furthermore, since the LS-WGL uses 3.5" form factor HDDs and the LS-QL uses 2.5" then I also regret to inform that this is not a valid solution either.
