User rights

is there a way to set the user rights on the Terastation III ES 8TB so you can give the users more rights other than just Read and Read/Write   i.e. can i stop users from deleteing files.. yes i know there is a recycle bin but i want to be able to stop them deleteing files like i can in win2003 Server

There is not, the system does not go that in depth for the user settings,
