Buffalo 320GB MiniStation Lite missing Software Files

Hi all,

 

If I happen to Format my Buffalo 320GB MiniStation Lite, and lost all the software file inside how do I retrieve it back.. Thanks!

   Currently, this is the first I've heard of this model and I don't believe we have a software download for it available. I'll notify our web admin and see if I can get a projected ETA on when this will be available. In the meantime all I can ask for is patience in the matter. My apologies.

Basically, getting back to this issue you would have to go http://www.buffalotech.com/support/validate/?MTM2fEhELVBFVTIuemlw" target=_blank>hereand validate that your product has a US serial number and download theCD image. This zip archive contains all of the software that came onyour drive initially.

                    i am using the HD-PE320U2 model, the US serial number  are u refering to is the 6 digit number behind the Buffalo 320GB MiniStation Lite? i try a few time but still cannot dl the zip file.

it always promp invaild serial number.

No the serial number should be 14 digits long.

i've downloaded all the original softwares in buffalo's china-based website. i used google chrome (the latest version has a built-in translator) to be able to read the page.
