Hello,

We have a TeraStation (model TS-1.6TGL/R5).  Suddenly, it started to have problem in being accessed.  It started with files could not be copied to share folder.  Then open share folder became very slow.  And now, it is not accessible: cannot access its admin web page and its folders.

The assigned name has been changed to TS-TGL-EM.  When I ping it, it returns an IP.
On the front panel, the power light is green and the LinkAct light is flashing green.  The rest of the indicators have no light.

NAS Navigator says that it is in EM mode.  And I read somewhere that suggests upgrading its firmware, and it may help.  But I cannot find its firmware in the Buffalo site.  However, I found firmware for TS-1.0TGL/R5 and TS-2.0TGL/R5.  Can I use their firmware for TS-1.6TGL/R5?

Thanks,

Quin

Thanks.  That's what I thought.

After updating the firmware, I can access the TS now.
