BUFFALO Ministation Lite - How can I store the lost software

I have purchased Buffalo MinistationLite HD-PE320U2 from Malaysia. Problem is that I have formatted the disk inorder to change the file format without backing up the software. Now the device is not shown in My Computer. I tried to download CD image from the website but serial number comes as invalid. Could you please help me to get the software downloaded.

 Thank you for the prompt response. Although I got it from Malaysia I am in Sri Lanka and there no local agents. Please be good enough to suggest a away which I can download the lost data,

See if the unit is showing up in disk management (right click on my computer and go to manage, then select disk management and look where it says disk 0, disk 1 ect.)

 

Also if you go to our website (buffalotech.com) and click on the map in the upper right hand corner you can select the region where you purchased the unit.  After you select the region you should be able to go to the downloads page and get the software that came with the unit.

i've downloaded all the original softwares in buffalo's china-based website. i used google chrome (the latest version has a built-in translator) to be able to read the page.

Hi I have the same problem as I accidentally deleted the original softwares in it.

I have tried download it from China buffalo but failed.

 

Is there anywhere that I can download the software. I have also facing the problem when key in serial number, it turn out in valid.

 

My HDD is made in China....any possibility that I have got a fake one?
