Hello

I have a problem with my LS-CHL-EMA15 network storage product. It always starts in EM mode. It has worked very well for some months and I have been very satisfied with it. But suddenly it stopped working. I can see it in the NASNavigator2 program but it says "EM-mode". How can I get it to work again? No one has been near it as it is stored in a safe place, so I have no idea why it is doing this. I am not very technical, so please have some patience with me.

I look forward to hearing from you

Best regards

René

Hi.

You need to restore firmware.

How to restore firmware.
- Download firmware for your LS-CHL.
- Run LSUpdate

-----------------------------

How do you know version of LS-CHL?

If your remember that webadmin style.
Blue style use firmware V.1
Red style use firmware V2

If you can not remember.
Please see on sticker under the box
If the bar-code is printed on MAC address sticker, it is the V2.
No bar-code means the unit is V1.
