I looked in your forums but did not seem to find a clear answer to the following issue. What specifically is the purpose of the File Security Tool application provided in the software bundle with my LS-WSXL/R1? If I use apply the share and user permissions offered within the regular NAS browser configuration screen I can restrict access to a shared directory. So again can you provide an example as to when and why I would need to install the File Security Tool? I am cautious on anything that could changes the status of my new drive. Please advise
