Dropped hard drive

Hi i have a Buffalo's DriveStation with TurboUSB 1TB i let it fall off the table to the floor about 1ft drop, and the case cracked i plugged it in and everything worked fine, but a week later its stopped when i plug it in the software that comes built it will come up allowing me to use the hard drive but when i put in the password for it the green light just flickers and when i go to my computer it just says local disk and wont ley me click onto it, any help would be great because all mthe hard drive is full of photos movies and music.

you didnt think of backing it up when you cracked it?????
