RRion, have you tried to set the unit back to factory defaults, this is achieved by shutting the unit off entirely, holding the function button down and than powering up the unit.  From the description of the problem present there is a part of the firmware which has come to a constant loop.  If a factory reset does not help please try to perform a force firmware update on the unit again to wipe the firmware upgrade you just performed and install a fresh copy.

Hi, thanks for the reply, but my problem is that i cant get it back into EM mode. i power down. press the function button. power up. the fan is not rinning and the hard drives are also not running. after that i can press the button again and the power and the function LED are flashing. after around 60 seconds, the unit restart i have the TFTP Boot tool running, but nothng happens. ip settings for the pc are correct. iam a bit confuse.

IF the fan anf the hard disks are not running during boot up there could be an internal error within the unit itself.  And an RMA is suggested at that point.  But if the fans and the hard disks spin up than there is still a possibility that the unit may be able to be saved.  Does the Nas-Navigation utility still see the unit? If you try to force the current firmware are there any results?

Nope, the Nav tool does not see it.

if i dont press the function button, fan and harddrives are running.

what is the right way to get the LS-WXL into EM Mode?... i read about many differnt ways but none seemed to work for me.

After reading your posting if the device is not responding to TFTP or booting to EM then it's as AngelsAbyss said, it could be an internal problem with the device.  I would recommend contacting your regional tech support for an RMA or (depending on when it was purchased) getting the unit exchanged with the retailer from which it was obtained.  Apologies for the inconvenience this will cause :robotsad:
