Can not see LS220 on the network or anywhere else

I have 2 LS220. One is working fine. The other is having an issue. I can see the good one in Nas2, but the bad on is not there. I can view shares in the good one, but nothing in the bad one. If I swap the drives between the units, the good drives show up on the other machine, but the bad drives are still not there.  Brings up a good question about machines...but for a later date.
On the bad unit, its just blinking white at the front LED...pretty rapid flashing. The other machine boot up and appears to perform correctly and the activity lights are much less erratic.

Any thoughts ? Thinking the drives...both on the older machine...are toast.

What RAID mode is on the unit that isn't working?
