DriveStation HD-CEU2. I switched from XP 32 bit to Windows 7 64 bit. Memeo does not open, I get: 

"Microsoft.NET Framework" error message and can't access MEMEO. I want to clean up my BUFALO ext drive or even reformat it and start from scratch. Any ideas for a beginner?

To reformat the drive is simple.  Does the External Drive show up in My Computer?  If it does you should be able to right-click on the drive and go to Format make sure the file system reads NTFS.  You will have to reinstall MEMEO to the 64bit version.  Go to memeo.com for the download.
