LS-QL/R5 powers up with the blue power LED flashing.  All drive lights are green. But I can't see it on the network.  None of the tools work; web interface, NASNavigator 2.16

I have copied test from earlier posting  "LinkStation Quad won't boot after new FW flash" as the same thing seems to be happening. The only way to shut the unit off is by turning off the power at the power point. Restart goes back to the same as the first sentance. Not sure what to do.

Have Vista 64 bit and network through Netgear WNDR3700 bought the LS-QL/R5 unit 2-3 weeks ago and set unit up RAID1 and was working (seemed ok maybe a little slow on data transferbut this is another issue) ; was planning to start using as 'mainstream' unit for data security and sharing. Today had a file transfer lock up - closed windows explorer and LS-QL/R5 powers up with the blue power LED flashing; could not turn off. So used power point and restarted unit returned to LS-QL/R5 powers up with the blue power LED flashing.

Any advice appreciated
