drwx--S--- (?) hdusers Will not allow access

hello, I have an almost entire shared folder that the folder permissions are set to:

 

drwx--S---  (?) hdusers

 

which now I can not get any user or account to view the content event the administrator account

 

Any one with tips or trick to reset the folder permissions??

At that point you would just want to reset the unit through the interface. Go to maintenance, then initialization and then restore to factory defaults. This will not delete your data but will delete your web admin configuration.
