TS 4 with AD permissions not working

Set up a TS 4 on our network - it is interfaced with Active Directory.

 

I am able to add domain groups to permissions for folder shares. Added a number of groups giving them read/write access.  Yet when a user who is in one of those groups attempts to write to one of the folders I have setup, they get denied permission to do so.

There is no TS 4, please supply the model number of the Terastation.

In the console it says TS-RXL.

 

On the box: TS-RX4.0TL
