Bought a new drive yesterday. On plugging the drive into my computer, a virtual CD is started. The virtual CD (DriveNavi) version that comes with it shows v1.0. On Buffalo's website there is a version v1.1

 

How do I update it?

You will have to download it then burn it on to a CD.

So I would need to carry around the drive and a CD? How exactly does this work when I go to a clients home w/ only a netbook?
