Hello,

 

when I turn the power-switch to "auto" the Linkstation shuts down when it isn't used anymore - thats good! :-)

 

But when I want to use it again (fileshare or webaccess) it doesn't wake up. Even if I start the NasExplorer - it doesn't wake up.

 

PING works!?

 

Any idea?

Does one ping keep it awake or does it go back to sleep?  I would try resetting the unit through the web interface.  Also what firmware are you running?
