TeraStation Live Disk Upgrade

I've scanned through all the messages and haven't found this information.  I have a TeraStation Live (I think) with a model name of

HS-DHTGL/R5 2.14.  The NAS is running in RAID 5 and is starting to fill up, so I'm considering upgrading the disks.  I've found out information on how to do that, but one piece of information is missing, and I can't tell from the pictures.  Are these SATA or PATA drives.  If they are SATA the upgrade is probably worth doing.  If they are only PATA I may not even be able to track down larger drives.

These are SATA drives.  The only unit that had PATA drives was the Original TS.
