I have just purchased a 640gb Ministation Lite, model number HD-PE640U2 and I need to re-download the software for windows 7. I purchased it in the UK and have gone to the Europe/English download section, but everytime I enter my serial number (printed underneath the ministation or on the box), I get 'invalid serial' and I am unable to download it.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

Both serial numbers are the same on the box and underneath the product. I did contact Bufallo Helpdesk and received a reply saying that the product may be too new for our website to recognize!.....They provided me with a link that took me to where I have already been trying, only to be given the 'invalid serial' message again.

You would think Buffalo would make it a bit easier to download the software.

I have googled this and it seems that there are quite a few people with the same problem as me.

Very annoying!!!

All I want is a link to the Windows 7 software for my product.

Anyone???...Please

Thanks.

I would contact your local support again.  I can forward something to my supervisor but I am not sure how much of an affect that will have.
