Time/Date setting renew needed for LS-CHL-V2

Hello,
I'm very satisfied LS-CHL-V2 user and it still working after many years most probably due to my power management setting close down the NAS during night times. Recently power management  stopped work correctly.

I investigated this and it seems the NTP is not able to update the date and time. Further, date is not able to be set manually to today's date. Settings says date cannot be later than 12/31/2020.

Can this function be updated?

Firmware is 1.74.
