Unable to access terastation

I wonder if anyone can help?

I have had my terastation for more than 2 years without any problem at all.

Unfortunately I am no longer able unable to access it at all.

I pressed the init button and although the client utility can see the terastation and allow me to change the IP address, when I select "Configuration settings" I do not get the log-in box.

I have disabled my firewall and windows firewall but this makes no difference.

I have also tried another PC.

Can you update the firmware?

will the nas navigator find it?
