Backing up one LinkStation to another?

I am running two LinkStations on my home LAN: 1) a 160 GB LinkStation, running 2.05 firmware, and 2) a 2 TB LinkStation Pro Duo, (LS-WTGL216 /R1-V3 F/W 3.09, running RAID Array 1).

I would like to backup the small one to the big one.  The 160 Gig unit does not allow backups over the net, only to a USB port, and the large one does not recognize the smaller as a LinkStation(?).

What is the best way to accomplish my goal?

You will have to move the data to your PC or Mac then move it to the Pro Duo.
