My device went into emergency mode.  I turned off my Kaspersky, re-installed the firmware and rebooted.  I did this 5 times. 

The latest message is cannot locate the LS-WX, this is after it located the NAS to install the firmware.  Is it my only option to send it into data recovery?

I was using this as a backup as I was told with 2 drives I would never lose my data.  But here we are
