Recovering Data on NAS

I need to pull out the drive from my Linkstation NAS.  The NAS is no longer visible.  Can I just pull out the drive and attach it to a PC to access the files?
RAID is 1.

You should be able to connect it to a linux system and access the data which is stored in an XFS filesystem in a mdadm raid volume.

I just found this and its free for view your files. If you want to recover your data its $200. I'm in the process of recovering my data from my old LinkStation EZ - LS-C1.0TL

Typically it's all just stored in an XFS filesystem on the device. It should be as simple as attaching to a system running Linux to access the data.
