Can't connect to TS Pro II Rack NFS

I installed the TS-RHTGL_1.33_1.23.zip firmware upgrade. I have the NFS option on the Web setup. I enabled NFS and registered a client. That client can ping the TS, but I get a "permission denied" when I try to mount the default NFS share:

 

[root@ilabdev mhart]# mount -t nfs 172.19.31.7:/mnt/array1/share /home/mhart/tsrack1
mount: 172.19.31.7:/mnt/array1/share failed, reason given by server: Permission denied

 

What am I doing wrong? Fedora Core 6. iptables is off.

Try resetting the NAS to defaults. From the web interface, click on "Maintenance", then click on the subcategory "Initialization", then click on the "Restore" button. Follow the instructions onscreen. This will reset all configuration back to defaults, and is sometimes necessary after a firmware upgrade. This will not touch the data, shared folders (excluding access restrictions), or the RAID settings.
