Link station Ls-wtglfe3 unable to view shared folders on web access

Hi,

 

I'm having a hard time configuring the shared folder on my Linkstation. I was able to map the shared folder but when I tried accesing it using the web access it says "No Shared available for LSAdmin". I have firmware version 3.09 Hope to here solutions from you guys,,,

Has the IP address stayed the same?  Try disconnecting from the share (right click: disconnect), then reboot the computer and remap the share by IP address ("\\IP" in the run command)

Hi, Thanks I can already access the file. Just reconfigure the web access on the linkstation management.

Sorry, misread your post, I would try initializing the unit through the web interface.
