Cannot connect to Linkstation Live with NAS Navagator

Suddenly I cannot connect to my Linkstation via teh Nas Navagator.  It says "discovering" then ends and has a blank window.  I can ping the NAS. Windows doesn;t see the shares mapped originally.

 

What do I do

have you tried disabling firewalls or lower settings of internet security programs?

 

If you can ping it, are you able to access the web console of the NAS?

I haven't changed the firewall rules since I installed a year ago. But I'll try diabling the fw

You might need to update the firmware on the unit.  What version do you have and when was the last time you did it?
