Memeo Backup Limit?

I purchased a 4TB DriveStation Quattro™ TurboUSB.  It comes with a copy of "Memeo™ AutoBackup Standard Software".  I lost the CD, but downloaded the software from Memeo's web site.  (I still had the key so I was fine).

Every time I do a backup, the backup STOPS at 40 GB.  I have send three e-mails to the only form of technical support they have.  I have yet to get a response.

Does anyone know if this is a limitation of the software and/or the 'Standard' version that comes for free.  If there is a limitation, why would they bundle this with a 4TB unit?  Seems a little foolish to me.

Any help would be appreciated.  Or, if you happen to know a phone number for a human at Memeo, that would also be appreciated.  Thanks

You can call memeo support at 86-338-1194, that is the only number I have for them.  Have you tried to reinstall the software?
