Hello,
we have a WS5420RN experiencing software issues and we would like to restore to factory.
We found here https://manual.buffalo.jp/buf-doc/35021477-03_EN.pdf that the recovery should be performed with "the supplied SD card",
but we cannot find it.

How could we recover to factory settings?
We have the Windows license, so there's no problem about that, but we are wondering how we could reinstall the buffalo tools without the original image.
Is there a way to reinstall the buffalo tools (replication, dashboard, raid builder, ...) on a clean Windows installation?

You have a license for Windows Storage Server and you can't get that anywhere. Contact technical support for a replacement SD card.
