I have tried to use the HS-DHGL_211_101b firmware update on two different computers, one running WIndows 7 the Other running Vista and the program crashes on both. I have turned off the firewalls on both, set the program to run as administrator on both and have even tried running it in compatibility mode.

I also re-downloaded the update and still got he same error. So what gives, do I need a WIndows XP box to install this update, or is it a corrupt update file.

Thanks

Are you downloading it hardwired or wireless?  If you download it wireless it seem to corrupt it.  Try it hardwired if you havent already.  If that doesnt work then PM me and I can send it to you.

I have to say, I really doubted your reply. But I turned of the wireless on my laptop and just did it over the wired connection and it worked.

Thanks
